As such we have relationships and offer products from a variety of reputable and ethical lenders. We are members of the British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association (BVRLA). CBVC Vehicle Management Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No 688562). CBVC Vehicle Management Ltd is a Credit broker not a lender for the introduction to a limited number of finance providers only. We use a panel of lenders.

What Products do we offer
We offer a range of consumer hire and consumer credit vehicle finance products from a selection of finance providers from whom we may receive a commission or other fee.
What we will do for you
We will only make recommendations that are suitable for your requirements based on information that you provide us with. Therefore it is imperative to provide appropriate and accurate information throughout the process.
What we will charge
We may charge a processing fee for our broker related services which represents the costs incurred for arranging the sale, ordering the vehicle, arranging the finance and organising delivery of the vehicle. Some of our lenders may charge an administration fee to set up your agreement. We may receive a commission or other remuneration from finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with the finance provider we have introduced you to.
You will be liable for a cancellation fee if you have ordered a vehicle and the dealer/manufacturer imposes a charge. Where a customer cancels a Regulated Agreement prior to the end of the Cooling Off Period our processing fee is refundable.
If you would like us to disclose any potential commission we earn
We may receive a commission or other remuneration from our finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with the finance provider as a result of our introduction. This is reflected in the amount payable by the customer. The commission we receive may vary depending on the funder selected and this may be pre-set, but can vary and is influenced by varying criteria including customer service. Our funders may also pay us additional commission based on business volumes or by way of marketing support.

What else you need to know
The finance provider we have introduced may charge fees or administration charges which include but are not exhaustive to Document fee, fine administration, cherished number plate administration, failed direct debit, foreign travel documentation, damage to vehicle on return. A schedule of these fees are available from the finance provider. They will also provide a Keyfacts document when finance documents have been raised.
Vehicle Maintenance: It is your responsibility to maintain the vehicle in accordance with the manufacturer’s service schedule irrespective of whether maintenance is included in your agreement or not.
Our services are not connected in any way to a finance agreement.
Your statutory rights, including any right you have as a customer, are not affected by anything in the pledge.
Nothing in the agreement is intended to limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury or for fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that may not legally be limited or excluded.
