The Driver App pulls all the relevant information into a simply designed dashboard ensuring that each driver has the relevant information particular to their vehicle and the chosen funder of that vehicle.
Look after duty of care, too
In addition, the Driver App also provides a fully digital duty of care Vehicle Inspection function assisting your drivers in spotting faults with their vehicle before they drive off. It provides peace of mind to your drivers and a safety audit trail for your business conforming to Health & Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines that requires an employer, with five or more employees, to record potential hazards that may cause harm when driving on public roads.
We recommend that car drivers complete an audit on a weekly basis, while commercial vehicle drivers should complete a driver audit on a daily basis with vehicle walkarounds.
Once the audit is complete it can be uploaded, along with any photographs highlighting areas of concern while immediately alerting our Fleet team of possible issues.
The app is fully customisable and can be tailored to your fleet, or you can simply use the default settings. Points of issue are raised with you on an exception basis so you will not be overwhelmed by data that requires sorting: the app does that.
