Congratulations to Helen Powell from St Helens, who was the winner of the ElectriX prize draw for an electric MG4.
Helen will now have the opportunity to experience life in the electric hatchback, which she gets to keep for 12 months, not to mention a home charger and insurance as part of her prize.
Quite understandably, Helen said she was both “surprised and delighted” to win.
The competition was run by ElectriX, part of LV= General Insurance, along with leasing partner CBVC at both the Fully Charged South and Fully Charged North events earlier this year, as well as the LV= General Insurance newsletter.
Designed to attract attention to the benefits of electrification, and towards the ElectriX proposition for drivers new to electric cars, the MG4 attracted plenty of attention – along with a terrific number of entries for the competition.
Helen went along to the CBVC offices to pick up the car personally from CBVC Managing Director Mike Manners.
The MG4 was recently named UK Car of the Year by a panel of 27 journalists who said the car was a “compelling winner”. SME fleet title FleetandLeasing.com called it “One of the best battery electric cars available. Highly fleet-suitable for a wide range of users.”
The MG4 is available with a standard 51kWh battery pack with a range of 218 miles, or with the long range 64kWh battery capable of 281 miles on a charge.
