CBVC Vehicle Management has teamed up with charge point provider Pod Point to give you access to home charger installations.
Pod Point is one of the UK’s leading providers of electric vehicle (EV) smart charging points, providing an easy and convenient way for you to maintain the charged status of your car’s battery.
Most charging of EV batteries takes place overnight, not only offering a fully charged vehicle for the following day, but with many utility providers offering an EV special tariff, allows you to benefit from cheaper nighttime charging.
“We’re keen to see as many businesses switch to EVs as possible, providing the triple benefit of lower business costs (see our article on Whole Life Costs), reduced driver benefit in kind, and improved air quality,” commented Mike Manners, Managing Director of CBVC Vehicle Management.
“However, to deliver this benefit optimally, it does require drivers to have home charge points installed, which is why we have teamed up with Pod Point to provide the service.”
Home chargers are available with a Government subsidy that covers 75% of the installation cost.
You don’t have to be a customer of CBVC Vehicle Management to take advantage of CBVC’s partnership with Pod Point.
